We have acquired the needed funding to create an English subtitled release of "Peau De Banane".The project will be available for release sometime in late November.   The Cinegallic Project is proud to present The 1963 crime caper Peau de Banane (Banana Peel) as the first in a series of French cinema classics being presented with English subtitles for the first time. Directed by Academy Award-winning director Marcel Ophuls ( Hotel Terminus: The Life and Times of Klaus Barbie ) and written by acclaimed director Claude Sautet ( Classe Tous Risques ), this breezy heist comedy stars French screen legends Jean Paul Belmondo and Jeanne Moreau as former lovers who decide to con a greedy millionaire played by Gert Fröbe (Auric Goldfinger in Goldfinger ).
